| The standard warranty on a Solidstate Controls, Inc. (SCI) system
is one year from the start-up date or eighteen months after shipment.
An extended warranty may be acquired at the time of purchase or up
to one year after start-up, provided the system has been inspected
by SCI and verified to be operating within specifications.
SERVICE FEATURES
Standard provisions of the warranty shall apply where all parts (excluding batteries) and labor are included, and travel and living expenses will be charged at cost. An extended warranty for batteries is available for an additional price (consult the factory for rates). The system must be started by a factory-authorized technician. If the equipment has been in service for one year or more, an annual PPM must be performed prior to the extension becoming effective. The extended warranties, for material and workmanship are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranties which extend beyond the description of the face hereof. In no event shall Solidstate Controls, Inc. be liable for consequential or incidental losses or damages. |
